Great value for money, considering the low price, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and presentation of the room. The comfortable bed allowed me to have a good night's sleep, and the air-con was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience enjoyable.
The room was quite small and cramped, which is to be expected in city hotels. It would have been nice to have two chairs in the double room for a bit more comfort.

Room size small no open window, shower small with poor shower curtain. Shaver socket did not work.

We had a pleasant Christmas stay in this hotel. the rooms may be small, yet they were clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the start. the hotel is located just a short walk away from the town center, which was perfect for exploring the area. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our furry friend with us.
One issue was with the noise level - we could hear a lot of traffic from the street outside, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

This hotel offers fantastic value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail throughout my stay was excellent, from the basic amenities provided to the comfortable beds with very good aircon - a real bonus considering the hot weather outside. The location of this hotel is absolutely beautiful, with plenty to see and do within easy walking distance.
No complaints - everything was just fine!

This hotel is conveniently located just off the main street, making it close to everything London has to offer. It's also very close to Kew gardens, which was one of our points of call during our stay. the room was clean and comfortable, with a good night's sleep in the comfortable bed. the staff were accommodating and the check-out time of 12pm was refreshing. the location and cleanliness of the room were definite advantages.
One negative aspect was the lack of on-site parking, but there were plenty of paid parking options nearby.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for a central location in a beautiful area. The staff are polite and accommodating, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The air conditioning is a bonus, especially during the hot weather. The hotel also provides a basic breakfast.
No improvements needed, everything was fine.
